The shepherds of the Westside congregation, first of all, want you to know that you are loved. We are deeply concerned about the individual and collective spiritual and physical needs of the congregation.
The LORD’s Day will always be a day of worship and praise and strengthening of our bond in Christ. However, we will not be meeting at the building on Sundays or Wednesdays until Governor Abbott’s executive order is lifted.
To remember the LORD’s Supper on the LORD’s day, communion sets will be made available from our leadership team. You will be contacted by a member of the team to get yours to you. As a sign of unity, please plan, if possible, to partake at 10AM.
Concerning giving, there are several options available. You can click here to give online. If you prefer, some banks allow you to send digital checks. Paper checks can be mailed to the building or given to your leadership contact.
Concerning the sermon, please click here. Click on the sermon link, “We are all in this together”, by Mike Vestal. If possible, please plan to start listening to the sermon at 10:30AM.
Let us make this a time of unity and caring for each other and our fellow man, Galatians 6:10. Let us pray for our nation, our President and Governor. Pray for opportunities to show His love to others. Let us pray that much good will come from this time in our nation. And ultimately that the LORD be glorified.
Our Heavenly Father is awesome!!
“And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”
